Ollie is an incredibly brave 5 year old boy, his family call him Ollie the brave. He has been undergoing intensive treatment including chemotherapy and surgery for Ewing's sarcoma of his rib since February 2017.
In the Autumn of 2017 Ollie travelled to Jacksonville, Florida where he is completing his 14th and final course of chemotherapy before starting 6 weeks of Proton beam.
In spite of the gruelling treatment he has endured so far, he sees the positive in everything and faces every day with a smile. His treatment in America as far as he's concerned is simply a treatment holiday!
We have provided the family with a grant and the family have written to us to say “A huge thank you to your charity - this will help us so much with extra expenses incurred while living away from home.”
Good luck to Ollie The Brave from us all here at Ben’s Heroes Trust.
